Damages and Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately along with proof of purchase. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.
False Chargebacks: Please note that false chargebacks are not allowed and will result in action being taken against the customer. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who files a false chargeback.
