Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Ratio! We want to ensure your experience with us is as smooth as possible, including our shipping process. Below you'll find our shipping policy, covering pre-made orders, pre-order items, international orders, and what to do in the unfortunate event of lost packages.

Pre-made Orders:

For pre-made items that are in stock, we strive to process and ship orders within 1 week. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress.

Pre-order Items:

Please allow up to 15-24 business days for your order to be shipped after the pre-order window closes. Our pre-order windows typically close on Fridays for that week's batch. Please note that it will be clearly indicated on the product if it is a pre-order item.

International Orders:

Please be aware that we are not responsible for paying any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We will not issue refunds for any international orders due to unpaid custom fees.

Lost Packages:

Once your order is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or DHL, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.
